Knox Insurance employs three full-time, licensed agents, all dedicated to providing
the highest quality service to our valued customers. Our staff offers friendly
and personal service; you will always talk with someone you know and who understands
your individual insurance needs.

Carl Knox is a licensed Property and Casualty and a
Life and Health Agent. Carl graduated from Vinton County High School and holds
a Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University. He began his insurance career
in 1991 in the Marketing and Perpetuation Program with Westfield Companies and
for a short time worked as a commercial lines underwriter with Westfield. He returned
to Knox Insurance in 1992 and is currently the President and CEO.

Aimee Caudill is a licensed Property and Casualty Agent. Aimee graduated from Vinton County High School and holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Findlay. She began working at Knox Insurance in 1996 and obtained her Property and Casualty Agent License in 1999.

John “JJ” Hale is a Licensed Property and Casualty agent and is also a licensed Life, Accident, Health and Variable Annuities Agent. He is a 1988 graduate of Vinton County High School and a 1987 and 1988 Ohio Governor’s Scholar. He began his insurance career in 2007 and completed extensive training as a property and casualty specialist. He joined the staff at Knox Insurance in 2008. JJ resides in Jackson and has one son Blaine.

Cecilia Calvin Black is a Customer Service Representative. She graduated from McArthur High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from Ohio University. She retired after 40 years of public school teaching, the last 20 years as a mathematics teacher at Vinton County High School. She is the proud mother of her daughter, Deidra; her son, Josh; and her three grandsons, Alec, Payton and Trase.
